Load-Out reclamation <br />- The original problem that the Board had with extending the time for <br />load-out reclamation was the outstanding fines. <br />- The applicant would like the Board to reconsider the request to <br />leave the load-outs unreclaimed for one year. <br />- The applicant would request that enforcement actions taken relative <br />to the load-outs after July 31, 1985 be vacated. <br />/ljc <br />5155 <br />
