Dudash <br />Reclamation Specialist <br />Divisions of Minerals ~ Geology <br />1313 Sherman Street, Rm. 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />Re: Golden Eagle Mine - C-81-013 - Technical Revision /J 29 <br />Golden Eagle Mine - C-83-013 - Technical Revision // 28 <br />Dear Mr. Dudash: <br />This office has reviewed your correspondence of June 21, 1993 and June 22', <br />1993 concerning the drill holes and access roads proposed for the above two <br />projects. <br />A search of our files has revealed that there are no known sites and no <br />cultural resource surveys have taken place in the area of this project. <br />However, based on the project location, it is our recommendation that the <br />holes and new access roads be surveyed to determine if eligible cultural <br />resources will be impacted by project activities. Once the survey is <br />completed, the report should be sent to our office for review and comment. <br />This is done in accordance with 36 CFR 800 and the May 1991 MOU between our <br />agencies. <br />If we may be of further assistance please contact Jim Green at 866-4674. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~ ~ ~~~ <br />James E.
