The revision was submitted by Bowie Resources Limited. <br />All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br />Approval of this technical revision would permit the construction of three methane de-gas wells on land owned by Bowie <br />Resources and located within the present permit boundary. Access to the drill sites will be by existing roads. Total land <br />disturbance is anticipatedto be about 0.1 acres. The average drllhole depth will be about 1000 feet. The operator does not <br />anticipate using exhaust pumps. Aker use, the de-gas holes will be reclaimed. <br />The undergroundcoal miningoperation is on landlocatedapproximately 5 miles northeast o(Paonia, Colorado. The permi <br />area is Further described as follows: <br />Portions of Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, and 16, Township 13 South, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of Bowie. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspectionat the Delta County Courthouse, 5tltti Palmer, <br />Delta, CO 51416, and at the Division office.
