<br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety hereby issues notice, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, Section 116,
<br />Paragraph 4, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, that on March 26, 2007, an application to revise coal mining operations at [he
<br />Munger Canyon Mine was considered complete for [he purposes of filing. The revision was submitted by CAM Mining, LLC.
<br />All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing.
<br />This revision application updates the reclamation plan and amends the reclamation schedule to allow for reclamation of the
<br />Munger Canyon Mine during 2007/2008.
<br />The underground coal mining operation is on land located approximately I8 miles north of Loma, Colorado. The permit area is
<br />further described as follows:
<br />Mine site: Portions of Sections 27, 28, 29, 33, and 34, T7S, R102W, 6th P.M., all in Garfield County.
<br />Portions of Sections 2, 3 and 4, TBS, R102W, 6th P.M., all in Garfield County.
<br />Rail Loadout: Portions of Section 34, T2N, R3W, Ute PM, in Mesa County.
<br />Portions of Section 3, TIN, R3 W, Ute PM, in Mesa County.
<br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle maps of Howard Canyon and Garvey Canyon
<br />The applicant is required to publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been deemed complete. At the time of
<br />publication of this notice, [he applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Mesa County Clerk and
<br />Recorder, P.O. $ox 20,000, Grand Junction, CO 81501, and at the Division office. If you have questions or need additional
<br />information, please contact me in Grand ]unction at (970) 242-5025. Written comments should be submitted to my attention
<br />addressed either to our Denver office (Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver,

<br />Junction, CO 81501). In order for us to comply with regulatory time frames, we request that comments be submitted within
<br />fifteen (15) days of this letter. If no continents are received by then, we will proceed on the assumption that you have no
<br />concerns with, or obje ons to, the applicant's proposal.
