These changes have been proposed as a result of information obtained from <br />the existing program and consultation with the Division. <br />As noted on Table A, Hydrologic Monitoring Sites, two of the stations are <br />included with Twentymile Coal Company's (TCC) hydrologic monitoring program. In <br />the event TCC removes these stations from the monitoring program and continued <br />monitoring is required, CYCC will assume the responsibility of continuing the <br />monitoring. <br />Pages 2.05-161(a), 2.05-162(a), 2.05-163(a), of the permit, Tables A and B, <br />pages 15-1(a), 15-2(a), 15-3(a), 15-4(a) of Exhibit 15 - Hydrologic Monitoring <br />Plan, and also Map No.4b, Mine No.3 Hydrologic Monitoring Program, have been <br />modified to reflect the proposed hydrologic monitoring program.
