In
addition, the revised permit materials and other supporting documentation included as part of
this submittal are identified and instructions for placement in the permit document are provided
by the attached Summary of Revisions/Additions.
In developing the accompanying responses and supporting materials, we have tried to provide
for final resolution of all issues to the extent reasonably possible. There are, however, a few
issues which because of prattical time constraints or lack of concurrence between the DMG and
EFCI will require further discussion to reach mutually acceptable resolution, As noted in the
responses, it may be appropriate for the DMG to stipulate the mechanism for resolution of the
following issues:
Adequary Item No. 11 • North mine dewatering well permit issues
Adequary Item No. 25 - As-built certifications for all existing sedimentation ponds
Adequacy Item No. 34 - Modifiation of mine disturbance area based on subsidence angle
of draw
Steamboat Springs, CO • Denver, CO • Seattle, WA • Juneau, AK .Santiago, Chile SA
