The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. PROBLfiM: The permit boundary markers installed by the operator do not PB or pV:PB reflect the approve permit area of 3 acres in size. TOPTC(SI :NP 11 30 04 CORRECTIVE ACTION: Amec~d the 110(2) permit application to properly reflect the permit area of 3.6 acres. Currently, the markers delineate the permit area to be 3.B acres rather than the approved 3.0 acres. Such amendment must be received by the Division on or before November 30, 2004. 2. If the pile is to remain in place, the operator will need to address reclamation of the cut elope in the channel to ultimately achieve a 3h:iv elope. I! this issue is not addreesed by the operator, then the Division will revise the reclamation cost estimate to move the pile back [o the cut elopes to achieve a 3h:iv slope as eo noted in the reclamation plan. This should be submitted with item itl noted above. 3.
