Figure 2
Picture looking toward the east on the project site taken on June
1992 when Mr. York-Fem inspected the property prior to issuing our
mining permit. This property was totally destroyed by All Right
Mining and absolutely no reclamation had been done. When a
request for some of their bond money to clean the property up we
were denied financial help from Mined Land Reclamation. We were
told the money was spent on reclamation in another part of the state
and no money was available. Later we found that this was a false
statement and Mined Land Reclamation failed to keep their promise.
This picture of their tailing pile was over 12 feet high and streached
over 200 feet long. There was easily several thousand yards of
washed tailings there. In Erica Crosby's statement in her inspection
report problem number 3, that we created the waste pile, was
incorrect. We would like the picture and statement be recorded in
our reclamation file for future arbitration.
A total of man hours spent on clean-up and grading hourly machine
time was spent and compiled. A bill has been recorded and will be
presented at the approciate time.
