Figure 1: <br />Picture is looking to the southeast on the project site taken in June <br />1992 when Mr. York-Fern inspected the property prior to issuing our <br />mining permit. This property was totally destroyed by All Right <br />Mining and absolutely no reclamation had been done. When a <br />request for some of their bond money to clean the property up we <br />were denied financial help from Mined Land Reclamation. We were <br />told the money was spent on reclamation in another part of the state <br />and no money was available. Later we found that this was a false <br />statement and Mined Land Reclamation failed to keep their promise. <br />A total of man hours spent on clean-up and grading hourly machine <br />time that was spent was compiled and a bill has been recorded and <br />will be presented at the approiate time. <br />
