In this regard I have two (2) interested
and capable buyers with whom I have been negotiating for sale
of the facility.
Any adverse action pit this time by MLRB with respect to my permit
could well jeopardi::e any chance I might have to consummate the
sale of my gravel f~icility and keep from suffering substantial
financial loss.
Accordingly, I hope for your favorable response to my request
for action to be held in abeyance on my pending permit.
Sincerely,/,1~ /,
-President
Glass Livestock Company
hn F.
