Preliminary review determined that the following must be <br />submitted before review of your application can begin: <br />Application Fee: The Division cannot begin review of your request until <br />receipt of the $100.00 application fee is received. Please remit this <br />fee to the Division of Minerals and Geology as soon as possible. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other <br />deficiencies in your application.
