<br />5400, both indusiva, of the Compiled laws of the State Of

<br />applioetion for en Amended Regu-
<br />lar (112) Construpttan Materials
<br />Operation Reclamation Permit
<br />with the Colorado Mined Land
<br />Reclamation Hoard under provi-
<br />sions of the Colorado Land Recta-
<br />motion Act far the Extraction of
<br />Constmctton Materials. The pro-
<br />posed mine is known as the
<br />Cheyenne County Pit No. 2, and is
<br />located at or near Seotion 22,
<br />Tawnahip 14 South, Renga 50,
<br />West of the 6th Principal Merid-
<br />ian.
<br />The proposed date of com-
<br />mencement is August 20, 2003,
<br />and the proposed date of comple-
<br />tion is August 20, 2013. The
<br />proposed future use of the land is
