What kind of material will be used for the liner cover?
a. Since there will be a considerable amount of truck traffic driving over
the liner material it should not contain any angular (sharp edges) rocks
that may puncture the 30 mil PVC liner.
2. Prior to installing the PVC liner make sure the excavated area is cleared of all
sharp rocks. Please confu•m.
3. How will the storage facility be protected from rain events or snow melt
nlnoff?
4. Do you have an emergency clean up plan in place for accidental spills?
As soon as you can provide the above noted information I will complete the technical review.
If you have any questions give me a call.
Sincerely,
~~~ ~~
James Di1Le
Environmental Protection Specialist
M:\OSS\amm\Fiiyu.jd
