(P&M), hereby serves notice <br />of its intention to apply for partial release of aSelf--Bond (performance bond) held on reclaimed <br />acreage at the Edna Mine. <br />P&M seeks release of $663,590.00 from the performance bond for aeeas with reclamation <br />liability covered under Permit C-80-001. Permit C-80-001 was originally issued November 16, <br />1981. The release is for final bond release of the Upper Shop Facility at the mine. Complete <br />reclamation of the area has been performed in accordance with the designated commercial <br />postmining land use. <br />The Edna Mine is located northwest of Oak Creek in Routt County, Colorado. The areas <br />aft'ected by this request aze located west of the 6th PM and are contained in sectionl9, T4N, <br />R85 W.
