Dear Mr. Middleton:
On December 4, 1990, we received the above-referenced technical revision
application. It was deemed complete on December 14, 1990, and a final
decision must be made no later than February 10, 1991. Please contact us to
request a continuance if you cannot respond to this letter prior to
February 10, 1991.
The complete submittal also satisfied Stipulation No. 17, which was attached
to the Mine No. 3 permit renewal proposed decision. The final renewed permit
document will not contain the Stipulation No. 17,
