Long <br />Division Director <br />On February 22, 1994, the Division received Basin Resources' submittal for compliance with <br />Stipulations Nos. 66, 68, 69 and 70 of the Permit Renewal No. 2. The following are <br />questions or comments that are a result of a review of the submitted data and as a result of <br />the February 23, 1994 meeting with representatives of this Division, Basin Resources and <br />Raton West/Baldwin LTD.: <br />A. Stipulation No. 66 cc~ <br />1. Rule 2.05.6(6)(a) requires that all structures be included on the Structure n~-Rn <br />Inventory Map and List. Structures would include all roads whic~ <br />commonly used, any associated bridges and any associated culverts which <br />s-T7P could be adversely impacted by subsidence. Are all such stnrctures shown and <br />listed on the Structure Inventory Map? Included in this is the Santistevan <br />Canyon road, which is shown but not identified or listed on the map. Please <br />update if applicable. <br />B. Stipulation No. 68 <br />1. Stipulation No. 68 requires, in part, that a subsidence survey be performed, <br />per Rule 2.05.6(6)(e).
