Thus no change in <br />bonding is required. <br />An Application for a permit revision, Revised Road <br />Locations, was submitted April 30, 1993. This was followed <br />with a certified copy of Maps 11 and 12 Surface Facilities <br />and Roads - East and West Portals, submitted under separate <br />cover, correcting active road locations and deleting <br />decommissioned roads. The surface area affected by <br />decommissioned roadways remains as disturbed area, subject <br />to alternative uses. Typically these uses involved coal <br />Another permit revision entitled, RDA Access and Light Use <br />Roads, was also submitted April 30, 1993. Map 11 Surface <br />Facilities and Roads - East Portal, showing the proposed <br />light use road location is enclosed. <br />This submittal also included a proposed design change for <br />the RDA access road. A new access road Classification, <br />Remote and RDA Access Roads, is depicted in cross-section on <br />Map 11. This change is necessary to comply with Mine Safety <br />and Health (MSHA) regulations. <br />
