Please be advised that on June 12, 1995, Ready Mixed Concrete Company, whose
address and telephone number are 4395 Washington St, Denver, CO 80229;
[phone], filed an amendment application (AM-001) to increase the major
disturbance by 20.2 acres and to use wet and dry mining at the Bromley Lakes
Pit, Permit No. M-87-049. The mining operation is located at or near Section
13, Township 1S, Range 67W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Adams County. The
application decision is scheduled for September 11, 1995.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Adams County Clerk &
Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology,
Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days
of the last date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the
application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant
for the newspaper publication date.
