It was agreed at that <br />time that the Division and Colowyo would reach agreement over modeling for the <br />Prospect Pond and Section 16 area of the mine on or before August 31, 1992. It was <br />also agreed that colowyo could not begin disturbance in the west Pit area of the <br />mine until the Division had approved the hydrology for that area. With these <br />agreements in place, Colowyo was permitted to begin construction of the Prospect <br />Pond and disturbance of a portion of the Section 16 area of the mine. <br />Soon after approval of PR-O1, the Division met with Colowyo to discuss their <br />upcoming submission concerning the Prospect Pond. Since that time the Division has <br />made repeated inquiries to Colowyo as to when their latest submission would be <br />received by the Division. Colowyo requested extension of the Prospect Pond <br />deadline until October 30, 1992 on September 1, 1992. As part of minor revision <br />HR-22, Colowyo has formally requested that the deadline for reaching agreement be <br />revised to December 31, 1992. <br />The Division will agree to an extension of the deadline for agreement between <br />Colowyo and the Division over hydrologic modeling of the Prospect Pond if Colowyo <br />will revise page 4.05-2a of its permit to agree to submission of its hydrology <br />model for Prospect Pond by December 11, 1992. This will allow time for the <br />Division to cc^Tent and reach agreement with Colowyo by December 31, 1992. The <br />Division does not expect to extend the deadline again. <br />As Builts for Prospect Pond and Prospect Ditch <br />The Division has requested as builts for the Prospect Ditch and the Prospect Pond <br />on several occasions. The Division has not yet received these documents. Please <br />submit these documents to the Division, along with the page change requested above, <br />by December 11, 1992 in order to remain in compliance with Rule 2.05.3(4). <br />
