MANAGEMENT <br />On Thursday August 19, 1999, I was notified by Commercial Testing & Engineering personnel that <br />PCC had anon-compliance discharge from outfall 004. The total suspended solids value for a split <br />sample supplied by you on August l3s` was 71 mgll which exceeded the daily maximum value of 70 <br />mg/I. A sample taken on August 16'" had a total suspended solids value of 69 mg/I. <br />The mine operation has taken steps to further settle the mine water.
