Perhaps item No. 1 was confusing and should have <br />read as follows: <br />1. All 18.3 acres within the permit boundary were <br />again affected during the past year. Disturbance <br />to the entire area can be considered major. <br />Please consider this to be a revision to our 1985 Annual <br />Report because the area is still an active gravel pit <br />operation. <br />The "new Rule" refered to in Brad's letter was not in the <br />envelope.
