We generally <br />concur with the proposal, with the condition that the monuments <br />remain intact, and that a final survey will be conducted near the <br />end of the bond liability period. <br />Please resubmit the proposal as a technical revision, with a letter <br />requesting the withdrawal of Minor Revision No. 28.
