This proposal is based on the assessment conference held <br />in our office March 10, 1992. You participated in the conference representing <br />Energy Fuels Inc., Cathy Begej represented the Division, and I was the <br />Assessment Conference Officer. <br />If you agree with the Settlement Agreement, please sign it and return it to <br />our office as instructed on the form.
