<br />The PUBLIC NOTICE, published 11 April 2003 and reproduced below, is furnished to you per the requirements of
<br />Colorado Mining Law CRS 34 - 32.5 - 112 (9)(c), Regulation 1.6.2(1)(e), wherein the applicant for a Construction
<br />Materials Operation Reclamation Permit must mail the published notice of a submitted application to all surface and sub-
<br />surface owners of record within two hundred feet of the lands affected.
<br />This notice requires no response by you, however if you care to comment on the application you may do so per the terms
<br />of the published notice.

<br />application for a Reclamation Permit with Ne Coloratlo Mined applicetlon and exhibits must ce in writing and must be received by
<br />Reclamation Board under provisions of the CoLORAOO LAND the Division o1 Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June
<br />RECLAMATION ACT FOR TN! EXTRACTION OF CONSTRUCTION 2 , 2003 to be ronsidered.
<br />MATearwLS. the proposed mine is known as Dallas Gravel, and is
<br />located within NWY. 01 Section 3, Tier 46 North, Range 6 West, New
<br />Mexico (10~")Principal Meridian, Ouray County, Colorado.
<br />The proposed date of commencement is July 31, 2003, and the
<br />proposed date of completion is the year 2022. The proposed future use
<br />of the land is rangeland.

<br />Please note that under the provisions of the C.R.S. 34J2.5-107. et
<br />Seq., comments related to noise, truck traflic, hours of operation,
<br />visual impacts, effects on property values, and other social or
<br />economic concerns are issues not subject to jurisdiction of the
<br />Mined Lantl Reclamation Board and the Colorado Reclamation Law.
<br />These and similar subjects are rypicalty addressed by your local
<br />governments and may not be considered by the Board nor the
<br />Division of Minerals and Geology.
