A copy of the fax
transmission of your adequacy letter is included near this
front of the responses and is there for easy reference t~~
the original question.
You will note in our responses that some of the information
you have requested simply cannot be provided because the
information would require months to obtain or will not bc~
available until we actually start the rehabilitation work. or
get further along in the planning of certain aspects. 11e~
have therefore included for those items the best information
we have or various alternatives.
We regret the delay encountered in providing the responses,
but as you can see, the answers to your questions were not
nearly as easy or simple as you apparently envisioned. In
fact, some of your questions are impossible to answer. We
have attempted to respond as completely as we can and as
quickly as we could. Please note that the adequacy letter
was received by fax transmission at 3:56 PM on November 8
and you requested the responses before November 15. The
mailed copy was not received until the 13th. That provided
us only 4 working days to respond to a letter that took a
month to prepare. It simply could not be done that fast.
Thank you.
Respectfully,
~~~~ ~'
Mark A. Heffner
cc: Gordon Morgan
G.
