Denver Water and South Adams acquired the property subject to the <br />right of Suburban Sand and Gravel to continue mining for a described time. As Suburban is the <br />Permittee, this amendment was prepared in cooperation with the Permittee. <br />This letter is to serve as a cover to the 2004 Amendment to a reclamation permit application for Road <br />Runner's Rest II Pit, No. M-1979-195. The Amendment application includes the following <br />documents: <br />• A fully executed ivory original Regular (122} Operation Reclamation Permit Amendment, <br />per Rule 1.10. <br />• The Amendment contains Maps and Exhibits A-S and an Appendix 1-Supplemental <br />Information. Appendix I contains four oversized documents: 1} Geotechnica] Report by GEI <br />Consultants, Inc., August 2003; Z) Contract Documents for the Slurry Wail -Volumes I and II <br />(Contract Number 06700A), June 2003; and 3) Final for Construction Contract Drawings for <br />the Slurry Wall (Contract No. Ob700A), August 2003. <br />Auditor's Warrant #00077641 in the amount of $1,938.00 is enclosed to cover the amendment fee. <br />If, after review of the material provided, additional information is needed, or you have questions, <br />please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned at 303-628-6474, or Jim Weldon, Project Engineer, <br />at 303-628-6657.
