Please be advised that on February 12, 1997, Rio Grande County, whose address and telephone number
are P O Box 46 168 North Washington, Monte Vista, CO 81144; [phone], filed an application
to convert M-78-066, 10 Miles South Pit, a I10(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a
112(c) Regulaz Construction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near
Section 25, Township 37.N, Range 7.E, 10th Prime Meridian, in Rio Grande County. The application
decision is scheduled for May 12, 1997.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Rio Grande County Clerk & Recorder's office and
at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado
80203.
All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the
