This <br />technical revision addresses Stipulation No. 15 to the permit, <br />and provides a stability analysis for the pond 014 embankment <br />having a minimum static safety factor of 1.5. <br />Per our conversation at the mine earlier this week, the Division <br />is currently reviewing our submittal package from June 21st. <br />Therefore, we are requesting a 15-day extension of the existing <br />deadline to July 16, 2000, so that the Division will have <br />adequate time to review this revised information. <br />Should you or any other members of the Division have any <br />questions regarding this information, please do not hesitate to <br />contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael G.
