No. 2 File <br />FROM: Dave Berry <br />RE: Telephone Log - Bond Resolution - C-80-002 <br />Today Bob Weaver telephoned, in response to our February 18, 1993 letter <br />regarding the bond issue at the OC No. 2 Mine. He apologized for missing the <br />March 1, 1993 deadline. <br />Weaver will send a written response this week, and he intends to implement <br />Option 2 of the February 18, 1993 letter. Specifically,. he plans to reduce <br />his liability by initiating site clean-up, including tank removal, fluid <br />disposal, and debris removal. He indicated that there are 4-5 feet of snow on <br />site now, but that he will do his best to meet the May 1, 1993 deadline. <br />6566F/scg <br />
