Townsend, Montrose, CO 81402; (970) 252522, filed an Amendment application to M-1983-208, Shawano Pit,
which is located at or near Section 11, Township 48N, Range lOW, 10th Prone Meridian, in Morose County.
The application decision is scheduled for October 21, 2002.
