C-90-020 was issued for failure to prevent excessive erosion in spoil. Abatement was completed on 5/31/90 and consistet of repairing gullies. Ternunation Notice for this N.O.V. was issued 6/12/90. An assessment Conference was held ou 8/9/90, which resulted in an assessed penalty of $150.00, which was paid by RAG Empire. C-90-021 was issued for failure to prevent combustion in a refuse disposal azea. Abatement was completed 5/24/90 and Liability Release SL-02 2.03-20 Revised 12104
