Sopris Ranch Road, Carbondale, CO 81623, and Crystal River Ranch <br />Company, 555 17ih Street, 2400 Anaconda tower, Denver CO 80202) of azeas applicable to the <br />technical revision, and (October 19, 1999) Balcomb and Green, who represents the owners <br />(Coryell Ranch) of the Kaiser Sievers Ditch. <br />Rule 2.07.3(3)(c) Replies <br />The 30-day period in which to respond is reduced to f 0 days by Rule 2.08.4(6)(b)(ii). The public <br />notice by the applicant was published on October 28, 1999. The letters to various agencies dated <br />October 19 or 20, 1998, advised that the comment period for their response was November 3 or 4 <br />(15 days of the letter) or within 10 days if the public notice in the Glenwood Post, whichever was <br />later. <br />A telephone response was received from the U.S. Forest Service on November 9, 1999. They had <br />comments, but no objection to, or requests of, the TR. A telephone response was received from <br />the U.S. Bureau of Land Management on November 9, 1999. They had comments, but no <br />objection to, or requests of, the TR. Pitkin County responded by telephone and a written request <br />of November 5, 1999, for more time to respond. Pitkin County was advised of approval of the <br />time extension by letter of November 12, 1999. Pitkin County responded in writing on <br />November 29, 1999. Pitkin County had no objection to TR-21. Clarification of items in this letter <br />was made by telephone on November 29, 1999. The North Thompson-Four Mile Mineral and <br />Land Corporation, responded in writing by letter of November 9, 1999. Copies of letters received <br />and records of telephone conversations were transmitted to the applicant, and to the Clerk and <br />Recorder of the Garfield County Courthouse for public files. <br />Rule 2.07.3(4)(a) Review Copy <br />The Division does not require certification of compliance by the applicant. The public notice <br />published by the applicant indicted that a copy of the application could be viewed at the Gazfield <br />County Court House in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, and at the Division. The copy was on file <br />at the Division since receipt on October 7, ] 999. The application was on file at the Garfield <br />County Courthouse on November 3, 1999 (partial coalmine inspection by the Division). <br />Rule 2.07.3(4)(b) Filing <br />The Division does not require certification of compliance by the applicant. The public notice <br />published by the applicant indicted that the application could be viewed (interpreted as on file for <br />
