The technical revision addresses bond reduction based on <br />approved changes in the reclamation plan for the mine site. <br />The Raton Creek Mine is located approximately three miles south of Trinidad, <br />Colorado, and is described as follows: <br />T33S, R63W, SWl/4 of Section 31; <br />T33S, R64W, all of Section 36 except portions of the W1/2 Wl/2; <br />T345, R63W, all of Section 6 and Nl/2 NEl/4, NE1/4 NWl/4 of Section 7; <br />T34S, R64W, El/2 El/2 of Section 1 of the 6th P.M. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />maps of Trinidad and Starkville. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspec- <br />tion at the Las Animas County Courthouse, 200 East First Street, Room 104, <br />Trinidad, Colorado.
