Box 572, Ouray, CO 81427; (970) 325-7274, filed a <br />conversion application to conduct surface mining and reclamation, at or near <br />Section 3, T,s:nShip 45N, Range 8W, New Mexico Prime Meridian, in Ouray <br />County. The conversion application decision is scheduled for January 17, 1996. <br />A copy of the conversion application is available for review at the Ouray <br />County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days <br />of the last date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the <br />application review process by the Division.
