The results of this recent hearing have a direct effect
upon our decision to renew an existing Colorado Coal Mining permit to Rimrock Coal
Company, a Colorado permittee with administrative ties to Randall and Blake.
Could we receive a copy of whatever public records will be generated regarding the
decision reached at this administrative hearing? Having these materials will provide us
with information necessary to find a basis for approving or denying the renewal of the
permit for Rimrock Coal Company.
We appreciate your assistance in these matters.
