On January 7, 1994, Landmark Reclamation, Inc., the designated agent
of service for Rimrock Coal Company, received the Notices of Proposed
Amount of Civil Penalty for NOV Nos. C-93-151 and C-93-152.
The Division received the Request for Assessment Conference for
NOV C-93-151, signed January 10, 1994, on January 10, 1994 by
facsimile transmission.
The Division received the Request for Assessment Conference for
NOV C-93-152, signed January 7, 1994, on January 10, 1994 by mail.
Both of these requests were filed in a timely manner. We will
schedule these NOVs in conjunction with the Assessment Conference
scheduled for NOV C-93-146. The conference for these three NOVs will
be held in Room 623, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, beginning
at 9:30 a.m.
