<br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised
<br />Statutes, the Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby issues notice that on
<br />February 20, 1992, a technical revision application for a permit to conduct
<br />coal mining operations, File No. C-81-022 (TR - 009), by Somerset Mining
<br />Company, P.0. Box 535, Somerset, CO 81434, was deemed complete for the
<br />purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act
<br />and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing.
<br />The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations on the
<br />Somerset Mine, located in portions of the following descirbed lands located in
<br />Delta and Gunnison Counties, Colorado:
