Please note that on July 5, <br />2001 [he Division had conducted a field inspection of the Howe Pit. During the inspection there <br />was relatively cleaz or "sediment free" water flowing through the Bull Seep neaz the northwest <br />corner of the permit area, and offsite towazds the South Platte River.
