In accordance with our <br />conversation, the Division is setting June 19, 2000 as a new date for consideration. This is one month after <br />the comment period for the two utility companies ends. This should allow for review of the revised <br />application and any comments that might be received; an Informal Conference; and aPre-Hearing <br />Conference if necessary prior to a Formal Public Hearing, which would be held during the Board's July <br />meeting. <br />On March 2. 2000, I sent all parties a letter updating them on the application and review process. I <br />included in that letter a packet of information regarding party status. Since then I have received three <br />letters in response. <br />1. Ken Highberger dated -March 26, 2000 <br />2. Kenneth C., Gary M., Charles & Esther J. Gennetta dated -March 24,2000 <br />3. Edward J. Garduno dated -April 7, 2000 <br />Copies of each letter are enclosed. It appears that the District or its consultant would do well to spend some <br />time educating these people regarding your revised application.
