The Cash Mine and Who-Do Mine are located in
the area drained by Foumule Creek.
The Cash vein, discovered in the mid 1870's, is located in the Gold Hill Mining District, Boulder
County, Colorado. Gold and silver production from
the Cash Mine was steady until World War I. From 1872 to 1915 an estimated $500,000 worth
of gold (at $25.00 per ounce) was produced.
