Compliance Schedule (Continued) <br />No later than 14 calendar days following a date identified in the above schedule of compliance, the <br />permittce shall submit either a report of progress or, in the case of specific actions being required by <br />identified dates, a written notice of compliance or noncompliance, any remedial actions taken, and the <br />probability of meeting the next scheduled requirement. <br />In any case in which a compliance schedule has been timely submitted, failure to obtain the Division's <br />approval shall not be considered a violation of the permit unless the Division shows that absence of <br />approval or disapproval has resulted from the failure of the permittce to furnish information reasonably <br />requved or requested in order to process the compliance schedule. <br />Compliance Schedule for Submittal of Semi-Annual Reports <br />The permittce shall submit, according to the schedule shown below, semi-annual reports which shall <br />provide: <br />1) a summary of the mass loading from the discharge, for all permit-limited metals, and a <br />comparison of the mass loading against the wasteload allocations, and <br />2) a summary of monthly average effluent concentrations, for all permit-limited metals, an <br />estimation of the resulting instream monthly average effluent concentrations immediately <br />dowastreazn of the discharge, and a comparison of the estimated instream concentrations <br />against chronic stream standazds. <br />Each semi-annual report shall cover the previous six-month calendar period, from January-June, and from <br />July-December, and will be due three months after the end of the six-month period. The intermediate steps to get to the Control <br />Program have been waived as it is assumed that routine testing will result in biomoaitoring <br />failures. (See Part I.A. 7).
