Long <br />Division Direcbr <br />The Division has issued a proposed decision to approve Bond Release Application No. SI~03 for <br />the Northgate Loadout portion of the Bourg Mine. Enclosed is the Division's decision form, <br />written findings, and reclamation cost estimate for remaining reclamation work. The proposed <br />decision will be published in the Jackron County Star as soon as possible. Publication of the <br />notice initiates athirty-day public comment period. If there are no requests for an adjudicatory <br />hearing within the thirty days, the decision will become final. <br />The bond is in the form of a corporate surety in the amount of $214,400.00.
