One <br />degasification well will be drilled from the existing northwestern-most well pad <br />and will be completed into the north end of longwall panel # 9, the final panel to <br />be mined in the Sanborn Creek Mine. The two other wells will be drilled from the <br />south western-most existing drill pad and will be completed into the southern <br />portions of longwall panel #8 and panel #9. The wells will be cased and <br />completed in the same manner as the current wells. No new access or pad <br />construction will be needed for drilling. <br />For reclamation these wells would be sealed and plugged in the same manner as <br />CBM-1 through CBM-11. Using the same estimate for these wells as was <br />included in Task 064 of OMLLC's current reclamation bond estimate, the direct <br />cost estimate for sealing and plugging CBM-12 -CBM-14 is $16,110.87. <br />As OMLLC plans to begin drilling the first of these final three wells by the first <br />week in May, your swift consideration and approval of this request would be <br />appreciated.
