The Division of Minerals and Geology, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, hereby issues notice that on December 9, 2005, a minor revision application (MR-331) to the <br />West Elk Mine, Permit No. C-1980-007, operated by Mountain Coal Company, LLC, P.O. Box 591, <br />Somerset, CO 81434 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The operator proposes to update <br />Map 53 B (Surface Facilities) in the permit application.
