All reviews and comment periods as <br />provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this <br />day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to revise surface coal mining operations on portions of <br />Section 13, Township 5N, Range 86W and Section 18, Township 5N, Range 85W. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br />of Cow Creek, Colorado. A copy of the technical revision application is <br />available for public inspection at the Routt County Courthouse, 522 Lincoln, <br />P.O. Box 773598, Steamboat Sprinqs, Colorado.
