The assessment Conference. <br />Officer had not proposed a good faith reduction. Therefore, I have <br />elected to exercise my discretion as the Division Director and <br />propose to reduce the penalty by $500 for good faith compliance. <br />The total civil penalty due, assuming that the Settlement Agreement <br />is signed by the operator, is $650. <br />
