I-412-165 150,750 DMG-Permit M-83-194 <br /> 4. 412-166 82660 DMG-Prospecting <br /> The EPA bond is primarily to ensure production well abandonment. This has <br /> been increased with each set of wells (through cavity #3). An increase will be <br /> required for future cavities. <br /> The BLM bond covers statewide sodium activities, i.e. four sodium leases in the <br /> Piceance Basin. The $236,000 amount will be increased by the BLM as the <br /> project expands. The BLM bond covers all activities at this site from original <br /> construction, processing, well drilling and frnal abandonment/reclamation of the <br /> site. <br /> t The $150,750 bond for the DMG also covers the WRNM site for all activities. <br /> The prospecting bond of$8,660 is also for the DMG. <br /> White River Nahcalite Minerals.
