In the letter please clearly identify that which is being withdrawn. Please include a speck reference to
the "Developed Water Resources" and the two flume areas as indicated on Drawing title: "North Thompson Creek
Mines Final Bond Release SL-5, C-81-025, Drawing Name: 2000 ARR, 7/12/01". This is the drawing that was a
part of the original application for the bond release, and will likely become part of the decision document. In
addition, please state the size and location description of the flumes (including area of disturbance during
reclamation) on Middle Thompson Creek. An extract of a USGS map with the locations marked would be helpful.
This map extract drawing needs to be in good format. It, as the drawing identified above, and location and area
descriptions, will likely become a part of the decision document. Should I simply send a letter request that you
"withdraw the water treatment system and flume bases from consideration in the current bond release
application".
Jim Stover
10/28/2002
