Submission of the requested <br />information by Cyprus Empire prior to that date will facilitate the process. Items that <br />remain unresolved will be stipulated as conditions to the permit with a 30 day period for the <br />Division to receive CEC's responses. Beyond this time frame the Division will have to <br />consider these items as permit defects and take the appropriate enforcement action. <br />Please be reminded that the Division is awaiting receipt of Cyprus Empire Corp.'s Annual <br />Reclamation Report as required 2.04.13. <br />If you have questions or need further explanation, please call me.
