The Division denies the portion of the technical <br />revision that deals with the raw ore storage facility and drainage control. You must submit acceptable <br />designs and maps and obtain approval prior to use of the raw ore storage facility. The Division approves <br />the remainder of the technical revision on{y if COM, Inc. and its affiliates and Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. <br />agree to the following stipulations: <br />The ores to be brought to the mill from off site must be characterized according to present permit <br />parameters and in addition include a detailed characterization of the tailings material (composition, <br />total volume, toxicity, acid generating potential) that will be deposited in the tailings <br />impoundment. The Division will have 10 working days to review this information. No ore material <br />maY be placed on site until the Division approves the processing of the ore in the mill. If the <br />operator does not receive an answer within 10 working days. The processing of the ores is <br />automatically approved. <br />2. All ore must originate from sites that have a valid Mined Land Reclamation permit in the name of <br />COM, Inc. and/or its affiliates and/or Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. Affiliates must be specified and <br />approved by the pivision prior to submitting ore characterizations from those affiliate properties to <br />the Division.
